I have one or two other books of evaluating the safety of cosmetic ingredients, but this is the one that I always check.
I buy the new edition whenever one comes out. It's important to stay on top of this stuff. Plenty of times, I've found toxic ingredients in products on the shelves of the organic grocery stores where I shop, even product lines that claim some sort of organic status.
