We have rapidly advanced from the mild the generous, the philanthmpic attempt of abolifhrng the ave trade, through the pro pofed repeal of the teft act, and a parlia mentary reform, till we have long finc'e happily arrived at the grand climax of: trea fonable oratory, and the walls ofalmoft every petty.
