Number circuits involving modulo number systems having values based on the squares of Fibonacci or Lucas values are described with multipliers derived from the Cassini Identity and the Catalan identity, Modulo number systems treats each value of an algebraic sequence as being equivalent to a "bit". Square roots of the modulo number systems, and integer multiples thereof, may be treated as a type of dualling number to act as punctuation for the formation of "words". In addition a fractal nature of the Fibonacci sequence, how the Lucas sequence and other algebraic sequences.Here the Fibonacci sequence is treated as a fundemental baseline, and values of that baseline are skipped in an algebraic progression manner.
