Slight fading at head of spine else about VG+ in used near VG, unclipped d.j., a few short tears and nicks to extremities and lacking small pieces of d.j. head and tail of spine section, and small pieces at bottom of rear panel; d.j. spine section a little faded. Signed by Pevsner to the title page. A seminal work by the pioneering twentieth-century architectural historian. Signed copies are uncommon.
