BACK IN BUSINESS is a short treatment of a few details about the Genesis account of creation, which I believe will save Genesis from the discard pile. While I have some field experience with evidence, I also work in literary criticism and have noticed that there are text features that are being neglected which could re-establish its credibility in places where that has been lost. There are views by those who hold the Bible very close called YEC and anti-gap, yet there are both weaknesses to these or miscommunication or extremely random 'stabs' by them to retain credibility. The atheistic view of course results in an utter surrender to meaninglessness, and compares to Bhuddism, which has texts that sport enormous spans of time, but cyclically. Even with a few mistakes, a high view of Genesis provides a wealth of hope in life. But must the cracks and innattentiveness of some Bible reader's views put it "out of business"? Or are there sensible answers that simply involve some effort to assimilate, resulting in a more rational view? I think so.
