Great resource for new dog owners
Having watched the TV show now for about 2 years, I was anxious to get an explanatory book with step-by-step instructions when I adopted my new dog. This book is wonderful, as it explains everything, has step-by-step instructions in the back for starting out right, and never talks down to or chastises the reading audience. If you don't have a dog yet, this book may get you analyzing your needs and wants, then heading down to your local shelter or rescue group and picking out your new life-companion as soon as you get your house and life organized for your new "family-pack"!
