Some of the author's ideas/methods are worthwhile, but he comes across in a rather arrogant, "full of himself" way. He's very critical of Natural Horsemanship trainers, making unprofessional digs about their methods as if his way is the ONLY way. I learned a few new things, but would not suggest buying this book. Mr. Gingerich may be a behaviorist, but Temple Grandon he is not.
