Great idea, what took so long? I'm a pop-up fan and a bird lover, so this was a must have. I was looking for something that would show the bird habitats, not just close in pictures, so this book really works out well. I really like the sound, it is very good. Not for young children - at least not without adult supervision. I think adults and older children would appreciate this book.

Big Hit at the Retirement Home
Pop-up, with good sound, birdscape book. Gave it to a few family members. All enjoyed it. Was a particular hit at an aunt's Retirement Home. She loved it and got many postivive interactions from staff and others who heard about and wanted to see it.
Price was good compared to local stores, but mailing was very slow.
A good coffee table book and particularly intriguing for the very young and very old.
