Tall thin 4to, handsomely bound by C. Walters in full red morocco with gilt fillet borders and gilt-decorated spine; original wrappers bound-in at rear (leather is somewhat rubbed but still very sound and quite attractive). London: R. A near fine copy with lovely clean plates A finely illustrated account of the Liverpool line, with a glowing report of the railroad's contribution to the prosperity of the important manufacturing center.
