For Beginning & Growing Artists
This book was recommended by our art instructor and after quickly reviewing I knew I needed my own copy. Claudia Rice has the talent and expertise to teach how use mixed media and techniques of shading. We used her recommendations in a pencil drawing requiring many levels of shading from dark to light - from reverse to drawn in. Her illustrations are easy to follow, and great learning tools.
