NO attempt has been made to design any of the electrical or hydraulic equipment of the plant as this would present a very large problem in itself, but these have been selected with care and reference to their fitness for the work which they are to do. The factors entering into the choice of all such equipment, however, and the reasons for the selection made will be included in this work.
