I've read my first copy to shreads!
I keep re-reading most of my Heyer novels.
I wish BBC would discover her books and delight us with great entertainment.
Heyer's dialogues are enchanting and ever so witty. The more I read, the more I discover, how wickedly funny she writes.

Georgette Heyer - the greatest
Devil's Cub is a sequel to "These Old Shades". The Duke is aged but his son is full of devilry, but as usual Georgette Heyer makes a likeable character and plenty of humour in his succumbing to the heroine Mary and plenty of adventure. Wonderful
