Author Francine Coleman Larson provides you with some great perspectives on our unavoidable chronological accumulation, better known as aging. With the determination of a dragonfly over an unknown lake, she provides parameters to improve your navigation through the unknown waters that we find ourselves sailing through during this life stage.
