Empowered Women of Social Media 44 Women found their Voices using the Power of Social Networking is a compilation of beautiful stories about how women found their voice through the connections made on Facebook and other social media networks. Each woman poured her heart into telling stories from being a victim of domestic violence to revealing her day by day emotions while enduring breast cancer. Compiler Carla Wynn Hall and her two sons worked on developing this book while meeting some amazing women. Each of the authors met on the Facebook group called Women's Empowerment Network. Women keep their stories inside of their heart, often from intense lifelong fear of humiliation. This book is the platform for which new authors were able to have the support they needed to see themselves in a book. Carla's story started in 2010 when she hit her financial and emotional rock bottom. She tells of how Farmville, a Facebook game, got her started with Facebook and how those relationships in the empowerment group gave her the courage to write The Paradigm, which talks about her life. Special thanks to Karen Bomm, Jerri Eddington, Joyce White Nelson, Shelley Costello, Robyn Benson, Jan Kinder, Ned Jacobs, Nancy Brink, Dawn Barraco, Joshua Mancil (Editor), Nickolas Mancil (Graphic Design) and Elizabeth Hassan who writes an intimate story of caring for Sarah, her friend with liver cancer. Special thanks to Challenge Aspen (CO), Win Kelly Charles & Danielle Coulter, two women who support this book, both of which have Cerebral Palsy (CP) never let that stop them from becoming published authors. What can you expect when you relax and read this book compilation? Education from our co-authors who work inside of social media every day with their platforms, inspiration from our amazing contributors who let you into their life of surviving and over coming, motivation from our life and health coaches offering mini versions of their coaching models, and stories from over 30 endorsers who came forth to support this book. Social Media is a term that means social connections via virtual communication. Using social media can provide a personal growth platform with the ability to meet people from all over the world to support you and the #1 way to create, promote and market. The numbers are there to tap into. I also want to extend gratitude to all of the endorsers who give so much to our mission each and every day. If you have ever wanted to write your story, now is the time. With love from Alabama Carla Wynn Hall"
