This text is a perfect introduction to informations systems. It's chock full of terminology that you hear everyday but never know what they mean. The answer is in this book. It has a good progression through the subject matter and deftly turns you from a beginner to a pro in 12 chapters. There are plenty of real life examples that relate to the material. In all, I would recommend this text to anyone who wants to know more about our information systems at work.
