Just for fun I recently acquired this 1984 book, with the assumption to get a lot of information about good old EPROM's. However, there is a lot about memory described in the book, but only some chapters about EPROM's. Interesting, but not enough. The 2nd half of the book are some experiments, but rather basic and not explained in depth. No, this is not THE source of information about EPROM's, but there is at least some information.
