For me this was not a 'easy' read but more than worth the effort and time. It leads you back to the beginning of Earth and follows through time as life develops and grows and learns - evolves. By the end you can see and understand how we have both mentally and spiritually evolved to the point where we are now and how it has to be if we are to save the environment , learn to live in worldwide peace and love, and survive as a human race.
There have been huge 'jumps' in the past in human 'evolution' in order to survive. With the help of this book we can see that we are on the threshold of another leap forward. Millions are gaining this insight and learning how to do their part - as am I, a 72 year old grandmother. I would also recommend reading James Redfield's other books. Wonderful. Which I will say are 'easier reading.'
