I was stunned at the calloused, arrogant way in which Hemingway described his hunt and victims.
I say that because, I also, as a hunter, never, never killed anything just for the sake of killing, or for the sake of taking a "head." It was always done as a means of feeding my family. I have always loved Hemingway's writings.....until I came across this revealing book. Shame on him!
