I got this book as someone told me it was well worth reading, but I have to say that I didn't make it all the way through. Part of the reason is that the language seemed fairly dated, but the main reason, is that at the end of a long day, when my brain cell is tired, those long words just beat me. I'm not in a campaign for straight language but why do so many writers use such language? Maybe they don't usually get such people as me. I will try it again though as it has been so well spoken of and I'm very interested in what the writer is trying to put across.
