No service for me
The book was recommended to me, but being a system analyst for 40 years, the book is chaotic and did not tell anything new than information system development in general.
And what is so special about a service oriented approach? Helas, I did not find the answer in this book in spite of all these pages and its title.
Perhaps it is because in the same week I read Enterprise Ontology by professor Jan Dietz. Although more scientific and less easy to read, the theoratical fundament and resulting methodology is much more usefull in my engineering profession. And Initiator and Executor of production acts are easyly translated in service user and service providor in the reading process.
