Like it or not, our family story is ours as well according to epigenetics. This was kind of a hard idea for me to understand at first: That how our parents were affected in utero by their parents...and their parents..and so on. Every person deals with the trauma of many generations. Can this trauma be allieviated? Wolynn presents an idea that both fascinates and abhors some. But this book was groundbreaking to me. Highly recommended 5/5
