If you are in business, and have employees, this is a must read. A powerful message in a small book. When I first read it, it brought me to my knees. The self awareness that comes from reading this book is priceless. The principles apply in all aspects of life, personally and professionally.

A Must Read
I read this as a favor to a friend who had been required to read it by the organization for which they work. What a surprise! This has to be one of the best books I have ever read. The principles contained within its pages are timeless and invaluable. I'm recommending to everyone I know!

Interesting and thought provoking
Worth a read as it has some interesting ideas and makes you think. Not a big fan of the style.
