There was not time at our last meeting for the due considera tion of the third and last class of indications of disease of the generative organs - namely, those furnished by alterations of their size, texture, or situation. I must therefore direct your attention to them to-day. It is, I conceive, quite needless for me to preface what I have to say by any remarks upon the importance of these signs, or upon the necessity of ascertaining the presence or absence of any of these changes in a great majority of the cases in which our patient's symptoms indicate some disorder of her sexual functions.
