A marvellous read
I own the original of this book and bought the english for my students. I have used some parts from this book in my Complex variables lecture. It is a very stimulating book, has everything in it. Although the flow is a bit different than the American textbooks, the contents are far more satisfying than all the books I have known on complex variables (apart from some advanced texts).
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in the subject and would like to get a grasp in the complex variable theory as well as its application in physical sciences.
