Danowski, an overeater, goes to a Food Addiction Recovery Center in Florida. There she is taught to weigh and measure her food, and also to engage in the 12 Steps as they relate to food. Over 90 days she begins her recovery, and releases some of her weight. Today she is a model citizen for the Overeaters Anonymous community. She has written several other inspirational books for the recovery movement as "we trudge the happy road to recovery." Highly recommended!
