This simple notebook can be kept in your car to jot down notes in between calls. Record the office, date, discussion and follow-up necessary. If you get an email or phone number, write it in the area provided. As you complete the follow-up, check the box (perhaps in red ink) so that you can easily flip through pages and make sure that you delivered what was promised.
