Totally lacks realism. Well to do? lady barely pregnant with a husband who goes to Europe with half their savings falls for a detective immediately upon meeting him. Shallow characters. Story/plot really poorly laid out. When I finished reading, not only did I not want to read it again; I wanted to BURN it so no one else would have to suffer! First in series so could only improve in the next one - if you can even give the author a second chance.
