This book is a replacement for the one I lost in the 2011 flood. It is an extremely handy book. I have used it many times. When it comes to repairs, it helps diagnose electrical problems, mechanical problems with priorities as to what is most likely to be wrong. It is usually right on. I love the book.

Oldie but a goodie
This book may be outdated, but the information in it never gets old. We have used this book for more than 10 years for many home repairs, and this one that I purchased was for my son to use in his new home.
