Entries are arranged alphabetically by surname and typically include: given name, date of enlistment and company or regiment. The amount of additional information varies and may include any combination of the following: age, birth place, occupation, rank, where stationed, and/or original source document, such as account book, list of recruits, muster list or return. Individual entries have been combined with others where there was sufficient information.
