Contemporary half tan leather (spine and corners) and feathered, multi-colored paste-down paper covered boards, edges and endpapers, decorative spine with five raised bands, 5 x 7 3/4 inches, 405 pp, no illustrations. Hardcover, very good+. Corners bumped, with a bit of the leather scuffed there and along edges of spine and on bands, 2 inch scratch on spine and adjoining portion of front board, boards a bit rubbed along edges. Internally, old bookseller's label (C A Barnnvart, Chemist & Druggist), bit of foxing on first and last few leaves, second free front endpaper and half title page torn out, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked and apparently never read.
