Getting Stronger over 60+
I wanted to change my ways, sitting at my desk and not much exercise and put on the pounds. But, not anymore I started using this method and I am getting stronger and losing weight.
I now swim 2 a week and have an exercise class on Monday and a Tai-Chi on Thursday and this program on Wednesdays only...
It has only been a short while, but I feel better with more energy and I can only that this will get even better as time goes on.
I enjoyed reading this book it wasn't to long great pictures, explantations and easy to follow.
