I bought this book by recommandation of a doctor. I had trouble with the diagnostic procedure and he suggested I read it to get a better understanding of what to search and how in order to achieve a diagnostic differential. For each case you basically read how the author is thinking during an interview for example.
Although I wont' consider this a reference book like "Harrison", this is a very down to earth, what-you-need-to know type of book. I strongly recommend it to anyone who has the same trouble as me as a medical student.
