It includes analysis of free space propagation over regular and irregular terrain, reflection and diffraction by various obstacles, including hills, buildings and trees, as well as the effects of scattering due to such obstacles and terrain. It emphasizes behaviour of waves in the UHF/L-frequency band throughout.
