Very Good- Original 3/4 leather binding is very good minus with some rubbing of the leather. Bookplate. Light to moderate foxing throughout. Contains three maps (Bear River, Bear Springs and Great Salt Lake). One folding map of Rio de los Americanos has only one panel with the remainder missing. A 5th lolding map is not present. Contains 20 of 22 full page plates--a couple have light water stains and several are heavily foxed. A printing sheet was omitted from the binding--pages 39 to 42 missing. Page 119 had a small piece missing at edge taking a couple of letters from text.; 8vo 8"-9" tall; 691 pages.
