The book itself explores grief and introduces the concept of PTG - Post Traumatic Growth. Where this is not fully explored in the book, the concept is one that I have used with my clients as a therapist to have them move past their fear that they will always remain in the state of grieving in which they are currently, and, more importantly, fear that losing the deep grief they feel will separate them from the person or persons to whom the circumstances have brought about the grief. A very, very, very, powerful concept that needs much more further explanation.
