An intricate plot, lots of action and suspense, special ops, and political wrangling, and great sub vs. sub battles, set in a future war. I know Jeffrey Fuller is not real, but I would follow him to the ends of the earth. He's a great leader, although in this book, he's now a Commodore, so he has less hands-on leadership in the sub, which he excels at, and more mission control and decision-making at the international level.
