I just finished reading "Spiritual Leadership" as part of a course requirement. Although this book is a breif 166 pages its contents, which are succinct and biblically based, are broad in coverage and deep. It is a book to be read several times because the material is that commanding. I was inspired. This book is a self-help, soul-searching but not self-doubting tome for spiritual leaders. We all suffer at times from lack of self-worth but this book gives renewed encouragement to stay the course. I hope to use this book as the central resource for a leadership training class for the pastors and lay leaders of my church. There is a 6 part study and discussion section included.
