With filled doctor's prescriptions staying on your medical bureau records for ten years, its nice to hear of naturally occurring human molecules (of which Sam-e is) to be available without a prescription, out of the information channel of medical insurance providers who berate you for taking prescriptions under current U.S. medical legislation. This book was co-authored by Dr. Bottiglieri, who did the bulk of all of the research for Sam-e, so its information is "from the horse's mouth", so to speak. The book as well as the supplement has been beneficial to me !
