Otherwise, it's all too easy for a student to skip right over the equation if they don't know how to pronounce it.Not only that, I integrate the math or technical concepts directly into the stories, applying them in a meaningful way, making the learning process much more enjoyable and effective for your children or students. The stories are augmented with a powerful, embedded mini-curriculum that has lots of colorful graphics. This Fractions & Percentages volume is for ages 8 through adult. All volumes have at least one feature story and within this volume that story is The Invisible Divisible Basset Hound. The non-feature stories are like the filler songs on an album, but they serve a very important part of the overall curriculum associated with each volume in the Storybook Math series.The feature stories will also be available in the near-future as standalone picture books, with even more illustrations, allowing even younger children to get an easy head start with their studies.At the back of the book, all the answers are provided in an organized way for easy access.
