Front hinge sl. cracked, but binding is tight. Pages evenly tanned, fairly dark. Front & back panels on jacket look great; spine somewhat darkened. 2 inch tear along front spine, a few other v. small tears. Jacket is somewhat tanned but doesnt interfere with nice art. Not sure of printing year; only date is 1911; may be 1st. Book is square, corners sharp; not used much. Jacket & book look nice for this age! Thanks.
