Although dry at times, it is packed with techniques that have saved me ten-fold the amount of time I spent reading and learning from Jim Fay and David Funk. The behavior issues in my classroom have decreased tremendously. I teach high school language arts and literature classes at an alternate high school for Emotionally Disturbed and Behavior Disorder Students. Before Love & Logic the majority of my day was spent dealing with behavior issues, now I am actually able to complete a lesson and feel like a "real" teacher, rather than a referee!
