The book also advises on devising your own massage programmes to suit specific healing needs or adaptations to time constraints. The book is divided into three sections to make the programme easy to follow. First of all there is an introduction to the concept and history of Thai massage, and to the parts of the body it employs. The second part concentrates on the step-by-step sequences, organized by part of the body. Finally, the third section examines how these sequences can be tailored into a personal programme for the reader to incorporate into their daily routine.
