If any commentary survives in which all of these appear, it is to be regarded as a form of the commentary of Pelagius. Further quotations could be added from works of the seventh, ninth, and tenth centuries, but an enumeration of these may be deferred at this stage. There is, however, a passage in a sixth century work which must be quoted now, as it has an important bearing on our problem.
