Poorly written. It appears to be a technician with limited engineering understanding mashing together applications notes. The book attempts to cover most instruments using a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube), less than half the pages cover oscilloscopes. It has a distinctly Americal flavour, NTSC TV appearing frequently. Not of the same caliber as 'Oscilloscopes, How to use them' by I Hickman
