Looking into your company...
After only a few pages did I realize that it was a book that could have been written about my company; same people (different names), same dynamics, similar situations. In fact my management team will be doing a book review and discussing it in the near future. I found it a good read and was difficult to put down once I started reading it. Socrates said, "an unexamined life is not worth living." Businesses, -- especially family businessess -- fit into this category, too.
