Vermani's search for the correct Mathew Collins results in the death of two Middle East U.S. soldier returnees until he identifies his target as a noncombatant physician. A final confrontation involves the military, CIA, and Presidential Secret Service as Vermani and his accomplices take Dr. Collins' fiancee and her son Frankie hostage in exchange for Collins' medical records.
