The mind which, in those days, could judge what railways would efi'ect, and could foreshadow what has taken half a century to accom plish, must have been of no ordinary kind, and, on the completion of the Intercolonial Railway it seems a fitting time to remember Henry Fair bairn and mention his name with honour.
