Brennon, after a short trip to the dressing-room, climbed into the ring and was given a wild ovation. He was a finely built lad, six feet one in height, slim-waisted and tapering of limb, with remarkably broad shoulders and heavy arms. Dark, with narrow gray eyes, and a shock of black hair falling over a low, broad forehead, his was the true fighting face- broad across the cheekbones-with thin lips and a firm jaw. His long, smooth muscles rippled as he moved with the ease of a huge tiger. Opposed to him Young Firpo looked sluggish and ape-like.

When this book arrives, you'll be so excited you'll praise Crom, grab a wench in one hand, a flagon of ale in the other, hold your cutlass in your teeth and have HER deal with the postman! In protective archival bag! NOTE: Micro-jots of wear around the top of the spine and then-ugh! -a 1/2" tear to the top edge of the cover, almost dead center, but it's very peculiar: it doesn't look like a tear, and it's impossible to see how it even occurred, short of a perfect swipe with a razor blade, because the paper of the cover is not pulled in any direction on either side of the tear so...how'd it get 'torn' if you see what I mean? It's so clean that without really inspecting it you think it's just a slight stress mark in the color of the paper. But, nonetheless, it's a tear, a flaw, and so noted and described to the best of my abilities.
