The Letters have been printed with the dates of the days on which they were composed, and they have been published principally for the perusal of Members in both Houses of Parliament, inclined to devote their attention to the affairs of Ireland, at this critical con juncture. From the rapidity with which they were original ly written, and on the present occasion have passed through the press, there may possibly exist various inaccuracies, which have escaped the Author's observation, and which he trusts the reader will excuse.
