I can't access my book then when I want a refund bc im on a time schedule I need to get a new book asap and you guys claim I already used it when it won't let me go past the cover of the book and no one helps you figure out the problem

Not the Product Listed (WASTE OF MONEY)
I ordered this "ebook" a week ago and I expected to receive the ebook of "The Norton Introduction to Literature Portable 14th Edition". But when I was sent the product, I was only sent the COVER of the book not even the actual ebook itself so there's nothing to read or use or get any moneys worth out of it at all. Basically, I was promised to get the ebook I needed for 40 bucks, I bought it, and was given a product that was not all what I had bought. I talked to support and basically after a week was told to contact a different site, who then told me to go back and talk to people that I already talking to. DO NOT BUY!!
